During your initial consultation, we will to extensively explore your individual case getting to the root cause of why are feeling the way you do and what caused this imbalance, review any old lab test results and answer any questions you may have on the process. The first appointment typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. From the initial consultation we will be able to determine if any functional medicine testing are needed, and if so, which ones would be best suited to your case.

This option is best for anyone looking to assess their health with a one off consultation to see how functional medicine can help them. You will get a functional medicine evaluation from one of our practitoners as well as a customized programme. The appointment is designed to provide a thorough investigation into your current symptoms, health history, underlying body system dysfunctions and your health goals.
Any condition will generally involve a number of appointments to get resolution, and follow up appointments can be made on a need basis.

This option is best for those who wants to commit to a period with the practitoner to get a deeper understanding of what has caused the imbalance the presentation of symtpoms. Typically, we see a period of between 2 to 3 months for an improvement in symptoms. The period will usually involove testing and a modification to nutrition, diet and lifestyle choices.
